Steelseries Headset Problem

Hi, I have the Steelseries Siberia v2 Full size headset with the usb card. And one time I accidently unplugged the headset from the computer so, I re-plugged it but everyprogram froze. So, I restarted and everythink was fine. However, the same thing happend again when unplugged and re-plugged the headset few days later(everything froze). So can anyone help me solve this problem?

check all your driver are up to date and also check windows updates if there is still a problem try minimizing all open apps and right click on desktop and click refresh sometimes this will kick start all the apps running to un freeze as i have used this method before and it tends to work!
