Amd FX 6100 Overclocking

I would like to OC my fx 6100 I have a hyper 212 evo for cooling so that should keep temperatures down, I was wondering if there was pre-made OC profiles for my CPU that I could just import into the BIOS or Overdrive for minimun hassle but I'm fine to do it manually, I'd like to know what to change and by how much as a guide to get a start with overclocking the CPU. I've looked for pre made profiles for overdrive online but couldnt see any, if they do exist if you could just link them that'd be all I need if not a bit of overclocking know how would be much appreciated.

Thanks for that, its quite helpful but bits of it are quite lengthy and hard to comprehend, (btw i've given up looking for an easy way to OC now, I'm willing to put in all the effort).

I had a look at a different forum post and tried the settings the guy had there but the PC completely failed to POST, right now I'm running an auto OC from BIOS with Turbo Mode on in Overdrive giving me a 3.9GHz stable OC. I was wondereing what should I change to get a similar 4.5 GHz stable from the other guys settings?

His settings -
CPU Ratio: 18
CPU Bus Frequency: 250
CPU NB Frequency 2500
CPU HT Frequency: 2500
Memory Frequency: 1000MHz (I know I've got crappy RAM lol)
CPU Voltage: 1.45
CPU/NB Voltage: 1.55
DRAM Voltage: 1.65
