asus upgraded to 8.1 but it doesnt turn on now, pls help

I am on a tablet, can not type, but look up safe mode start options. Try to start in BIOS by pressing f2, or f4, check your advance startup options. We need more information on what it doing. Also Asus not usually supports 8.1 update, meaning they do not troubleshoot this problem, but you may call any way. Microsoft would not support it either.
