This problem seemingly randomly began to occur. When I boot my computer, it displays a successful boot event on my motherboard, and I see the windows logo loading screen. After it loads, one of two things occur:
1) I successfully boot into windows, type in my PIN, and my computer works for the rest of the day
2) The loading screen completes, but no loading screen appears, and my monitor displays "no signal" in a few seconds.
I'm not sure what to think about this. It most definitely successfully boots sometimes. So atm my ad hoc solution is to continuously restart until it boots successfully. I'm not sure if it's a hardware problem, because it seemed to work fine until I moved my computer to my apartment. I had checked the memory, stress tested the CPU, etc. when I built it. On the software side, I've tried reinstalling the graphics drivers and updating everything, but nothing has changed.
Any potential solutions that I've missed? Do you guys think it's a hardware issue or just a windows issue? Thanks!
