Anyways i bought a pc last feb it has a 4 year warranty parts labor ect and on a random day in December my PSU become faulty and i sent it back got a replacement sent out at the time i thought that was the reason why my pc was so loud. it wasn't, anyways i'm, looking for a decent CPU fan for my rig below but i have no idea on what fan to get and the correct one even!

Well it all depends on what size of a case you have. Generally the good cheap options are Xigmatek Gaia and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
However it all depends on what size of heatsink & fan combo your machine can take.

If you are strictly looking for a fan and not a heatsink & fan combo, then i can highly recommend Noctua fans. While expensive they are the best.

Case is a nice size, should fit most fans but without getting a tape measure out i wouldn't know fully, this is where my noobness comes in, i can just replace a fan and not have to re paste the cpu with the sink ? just straight up swap fans ?

Well it depends on what kind of a CPU heatsink and Fan you have at the moment. If it's a nice tower cooler with a 120mm or 140mm fan then yeah it will be easy to just replace the fan itself. However if you are using the AMD boxed cooler that came with the CPU, it is a high time to get that replaced with a proper aftermarket HSF setup like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO suggested above.
