I just upgraded from a fx 4100 to an fx 8320 and was experiencing the throttling issue which has been resolved. What i did was take the put new paste on whats circled red (the vrms im guessing, it was really hot to touch) and took a fan and put it blowing directly on it. But what i also noticed was, what i circled in blue was also really hot, so i put some vram heatsinks on it. and it has solved my throttling problem. Anyways to get back on topic, I was just wondering what I circled in blue is.
