For the last two days, I was testing different OC settings with my 4930K.
I can go up to 4.9 with high voltages but I never tried a fully stabilizing it (looked like it's working for 20 minutes or so with prime95). I want to keep everything simple, and without problems. Here are the two settings that make me quite happy:
4.5GHz, 1.22 vcore, idle 41 degrees(c), full load 65 degrees(c);
4.4GHz, 1.17 vcore, idle 40 degrees(c), full load 59 degrees(c).
Which one is better? Do you think it's worth stabilizing a higher build?
