Okay so my current setup isn't the best and I need to know what is the best thing to upgrade at the moment.

Specs-
Biostar 880G+ micro Motherboard
2.80 ghz AMD Phenom II X4 925
2 x 4gb 1333 DDR3 ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
880w psu
Raidmax blade case
hard drives are laptop hard drives. But not for long.
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Trying to keep the parts on the cheap side since im only 17 and have no job. I have saved up since i was 15 just to get what i have now I love computers and gaming I've been taking computers apart since I was 8 no exaggeration.

Also whats is the ideal temp to run a computers cpu?

Heres my setup if you want to see it.

Build a new might be better.
Please list your:

  • PSU
  • Case
  • Harddrive
  • OS
  • And how much you are willing to spend

  • Ideal temp for a CPU is 30 - 40 normal and 75 full load/gaming

Here's a good CPU + motherboard (Don't overclock on this motherboard)
How fast is your RAM? and how many sticks?
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($47.99 @ Amazon)
    Total: $157.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

As for GPU I would need to know how much you want to spend before I say which GPU would be good.
