I have moved all my parts into a new case with a new PSU yesterday. Today i tried to turn on the dekstop and all fans turn on but no display.

I have tried to use the integrated and dedicated graphics (one at a time)
I have changed out the RAM chips
I have checked all cables
I have removed the power cable and held the power bottom for a minute
Nothing has worked

Solution
Have you ever tried getting into the bios on that PC before. Some of the Dell bios screens will not post video with certain monitors. Being as you had everything disconnected it could be on some type of bios screen. Try powering it on, Wait a few moments, hit the escape or delete a few times (try both ways.) wait about a minute to see if windows starts.

More info about the PC would help. Is there a system speaker (beeps when you turn it on.) Are you sure that you have plugged in all connectors(4or 8 pin cpu power connector, 24 pin mobo connector, Sata cable and sata power cable to Hard drive.)
