My new rig dosn't run the way it should?

Well ive had this pc for maybe a month now and the fps is low in certain games while i see the same stuff on youtube with almost 3x the fps and on higher setting! such as arma 2/OA i really wamma play arma 2 online with decent graphics i spent 210$ on my gpu and 120$ on cpu. help!

What brand is your PSU? Not that this will affect perofrmance, but 530w sounds suspect of a low quality unit.

Your computer will not max games at 1080p. You will be looking at mostly high settings. In some online games like Arma 2 should run very well though.

When playing, is your GPU or CPU at 100% usage?

Also, your 4gb RAM will hurt you a bit compared to 8gb in large online games.
