Good except the power supply i would only recommend xfx, seasonic, corsair or antec rosewill is a cheap brand and could just end up frying all your hardware.

a few of us have been throwing ideas out there for a 1k build and there's a few builds with a GTX 770 instead of a 760 in there

if your close to a micro center to walk in the cpu you have is cheaper. on the gpu if you can wait a few weeks the newer maxwell gpu may have more info on them the first card the 750 ti is dropping on the 18 of this month.
