I have scanned hdd and saw that there are some bad sectors on the beginning of the drive. I make a partition around bad sectors and tried to install system. Is this ok or not.

My real question is: no matter where I install system is there some MBR or VBR or something in that bad partiton on the beginning of hdd? Or it is now located on healthy partition?

have you done a format on the drive to see if the drive itself will mark out the bad spots??? the mbr and boot info are on the first few blocks of a drive. have you used a tool like hd tune to read drive smart warnings see if the defects are growing?? sign of the drive having head or media issues. if there a lot of them I would see if the drive still under waranty and rma it if you can.

Yes, format cannot be done because first part of hdd is damaged. When i have created partition without first 10GB format passes.
SMART is bad. Health 0% (Have bad sectors and telling me to replace hdd). Yes I saw now that MBR is on sector zero which is damaged and so hdd cannot be used to boot system....
