Hi guys and girls..

For past two weeks I am trying to solve issue involving my PC and very slow internet/router response time. The issue involes only one PC as any other device at home have very good response time.

Router is a G+ Belkin
I got two adapters - one is a Belkin G+ adapter from the router , other on is brand new TP-Link N+.

Regardless of the adapter I use (cable connection unavalible) I am connected to a network but my pings are around 600 to 800 or higher. The signal strength is 5 bars(96%) on TP-link and on Belkin 3-2 bars. Even if i am trying to get to my rotuer page 192.168.2.1 it takes very long time (256 ping ) .Installed new windows with new drives , that didnt help. Ubantu wont even connect to the network.

Do you have any other routers you can test? Certain G+ routers weren't particularly standards compliant, IIRC.

When you say past two weeks, do you mean that the problem started two weeks ago, or that you only started trying to fix it two weeks ago?

Sorry , i started fixing it two weeks a go - issue started since the pc is connected to this network. I just got another router N + Belkin i can use - I will try it by the end of the week. But if any of the readers can think of a solution before that I would appreciate it.
