ok so this is the problem my pc freezes every once and a while(around 4 time every week) but the odd thing is when it dose freeze i can move my mouse and click on other applications and open them but they just don't work. ok so when it dose happen i minimize my window and i try and click on the desktop and try to open other programs or i right click my desktop and click refresh it but the little window to refresh my desktop dose not pop up. so i'm asking you guys how do i fix it. if you guys need to ask questions in order to fix my problem feel free to ask.

edit: i check my CPU's performance right after a recent freeze and spikes all the way to the top then it goes back to around 20%. i don't know if this is helpful but i think it is.
