Windows 7 Unidentified Network (Ethernet Cable)

Hi, recently I was on my computer when suddenly my internet went down. It changed from Local Area Connection 2 to Unidentified Network. I cannot access the internet. Here is my ipconfig/all:

That was actually the first thing I did and it didn't help. I did it again after you recommended that I do and the problem persists.
