Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5

Asus GTX 770 Nvidia GeForce DirectCU II OC 2GB

Sapphire Vapor-X AMD Radeon R9 280X OC 3GB

I will be gaming at 1920x1080p which one of these would provide the best performance possible to go along with my AMD FX 8350 CPU?

Solution
The Asus GTX 770. Palit is the only producer of nVidia Quadro's and a lot of people have been complaining about their bad service. On another note, Asus has a legendary build quality and that title is there for a reason. Their cards run cool, quiet and for the past 10+ years I never had an Asus card fail down on me. Palit has questionable quality which varies per model, but I always go against them if there is an alternative.

The Asus also is an OC version with a higher clock, which will result in more performance.

Due to the overinflated price of the 280X you can immediately disqualify it:

The 770 runs faster than the 280X for less money.

i already ordered this psu a few hours ago http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-OCZ-ZS550W-UK-Series-Bronze-single/dp/B005DJJTFA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1392170576&sr=1-1&keywords=550w+psu

plus my motherboard doesn't have 2 pcie slots it was a budget board a while back and i don't plan on upgrading anytime soon and its only pcie 2.0 lol but Ive done research on that and im fine as there isn't a performance difference from pcie 2.0 - 3.0.

thanks for the suggestion though.

This, make sure you also get a XFX 750W PSU if you have a lower PSU voltage

I hope you enjoy your build and use it to the full potential!
