The mounting holes look like they're in common positions for a microatx board, so it should be possible to mount it in a Corsair 200R. Also, the 24-pin power connector looks like is has keyed pins that match an atx power connector, so it might not be using an incompatible proprietary variation. However, the lack of labels for the front panel connectors that you noticed is likely to be more of a problem, and I wouldn't expect Dell to have provided a motherboard manual. I don't know whether it's safe to experiment to determine which of the front panel connection pins is for what.

How can I do this?
So most of the part is a yes its just the labeling part thats a problem?
There is a manual online though

Actually will anything on page 43 help?

Page 43 helps, yes. But not in the way you might hope. :(  Since it lables that 15-pin interface (#7) as a single interface for the power button, I'm pretty sure it won't work with the standard ATX front panel connectors for the power button, reset button, power led, and hdd led, which each only require 2 pins (although I think one of them can have an empty pin between the two, I forget which), for a total of 8. 5 pins for the internal speaker is a bit strange as well. The headers for front USB and front-panel audio look standard, but that doesn't help much if you can't connect the power button.

I think you'll have to get a new motherboard to be able to use a new case.
