Does the Nvidia gtx 660 ti support 7.1 sound?

I have a GTX660 and the sound on it is terrible. Whenever you have your web browser and a game open at once, the sound will just quit all together and you have to restart the programs! Motherboard sound is much better but still nothing compared to something like an ASUS Xonar.

so i guess it does... how good it will be well thats debatable.
