stuck between two motherboards

im stuck between these 2 board and i dont know which to get deciding factors u guys might know of? thanks

The MSI board. You have DDR3-1600 RAM right?

ASRock has Turbo Boost (MSI Doesn't)
MSI has mini PCI slot(ASRock Doesn't)
ASRock has D-sub+DVI and MSI has DVI-I
MSI has DisplayPort(ASRock Doesn't)
ASRock has TPM header and Chassis fan connector (MSI Doesn't)
MSI has serial port and CMOS jumper (ASRock Doesn't)

This is what I saw different between the two.

Personally I would go MSI because it is a brand that I trust and that has treated me well.

Alright good. It is compatible. I also recommend the http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f314900cl9d8gbxl G.Skill 8 GB(2x4GB) RAM. It has great performance. MSI board all the way in this situation.
