This is a new gaming build that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I could play any game at playable/good framerates at highest settings. But since the day before yesterday, after I run a game for less than a minute (even at lowest settings in Battlefield 4), the PC completely freezes. The keyboard lights go off, the screen gets stuck with a random plain colour, a short sound keeps looping and Ctrl+Alt+Del/Win key/Alt+F4 or anything doesn't work.
Then I have to press the reset button on my case to restart the PC. I am somewhat sure that it's not a GPU overheating issue as I monitored it with MSI Afterburner (the temp is around 55°C at the time of freezing).

I am desperately in need of help.

PC Specs & Config:
Intel Core-i5 4570 @ 3.2 GHz (Haswell)
8GB RAM
MSI Geforce GTX 760 2GB OC-Edition [Non-OC'ed] [GPU idles at 35°C while ambient temp is around 28°C]
1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
550W Thermaltake Litepower PSU
120mm Side-intake fan, 120mm back-exhaust fan, 120mm front intake fan
Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Bumping is not allowed, might want to start your journey here ---> http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/282333-31-read-first

Then move onto this ---> http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/353572-31-build-upgrade-advice

Then people will better understand what it is you will be using the PC for, and what is and isn't possible for you.

The OS, and monitors alone will ruin a hole in your budget, however, if you already have some of the parts, or peripherals, then it would help us to know in advance.

Thanks!
