my config fx 4300 ga-78lmt-s2pt,ati radeon hd 5450.i want to install windows XP 32 bit is it possible?? answer me please???

Yes it is 100% possible.

Gigabyte and AMD both have XP drivers.

For the most part, yes,. Just pop in the cd(vs DVD for 7) and boot off of it.

You may have to make an XP driver disk[F6] depending on your sata mode. XP is so old it wants to see a floppy disk for such drivers. Some boards have the ability for a usb drive to be emulated as a floppy. You will see right away because it will not see hard drives if it needs drivers or a different SATA mode. Are you dual booting or just running XP?

Because of the age of XP, it will have almost NO drivers(video/sound/network) so you will NEED video drivers before it even moves along smoothly(while the basic Win7 drivers are much better). Once the drivers are all installed it should work fine.

I highly recommend you make an image of the drive after you have it the way you want. XP support is ending soon and with this image you can at least restore the system with your drivers if needed in the future.

Yeah, A limitation of all 32 bit versions of Windows. I have been above 3.3 on some configs, but 3.25 is pretty standard.
