Use your 6570 with it, and that should give you some... decent performance. Obviously, the budget is very small, don't expect too much. But at least, that won't bottleneck your 6570 at all.

with cases that have there own power supply most of those units are cheap and not safe to use in a gaming rig unless you want to chance that the power supply pops and takes out parts with it. with the intel h81 mb when you have the money you can drop in a better cpu. intel lower end cpu are better gaming cpu. you already have a good gpu part that can be reused.

I don't know what you mean when you say getting 6770 performance out of you 6570. I assume you plan to use crossfire with the APU? in that case you might need the 6670. The pentium D 830 is quite old now so pretty much anything new would be an improvement. If your a light gamer and don't expect to run new games at 1920x1080 then that build will be of for a bit. If your going to get an AMD APU you might as well get a an A-8 model which is not too much more. maybe 40 bucks. You might want to get a 64bit version of windows that way you can upgrade you ram if needed. 8gb is enough for any game right now but that might change.
