I am starting to get prices on my new build iam going to buy & i have a question for you Power Supply guys I am buying the Logisys PS550E12BK 550 Watt ATX PC Power Supply i have read many good reviews & some bad as well I just want to get the best components that is within my bugdet as of right the total is $964 & just $6.95 S&H that great .I would just like to know if any of you guys have or using this power supply

A 550W PSU that only has a +12 Volt continuous current rating of 25 Amps? That's a joke and the reason why it's so cheap. That PSU is designed for old long ago obsolete systems that draw most of their power from the +3.3V and +5V rails.

A modern 550W PSU should have a +12 Volt continuous current rating of around 45 Amps since a modern system will draw most of its power from the +12V rail(s).
