Can a CX430 handle a FX-8350?

Solution
No, the CX 430 won't be enough for the GTX 660. Here's one that I recommend you :

Its running right now though and ive done a lot of gaming on it so far. Is running it like that gonna mess up the lifespan of the card? Should I not game until I can get a PSU that is more powerful? Thanks for the link I was browsing but couldn't find anything that was that good of a deal.

That could possibly reduce the lifespan of your system, but the problem is going to be more around the fact that you'll get random shutdowns if you give your system full loads. That, plus the fact that this PSU is not the best of the units. It's meant to run everyday's family living's room PC.

He's right. Even if 28A of 12V rail of CX430(older) can handle your setup with a couple of drives and fan controllers, it'll be on very high load hence decreased efficiency and lifetime. Onerclocking an 8-core beast is absolutely a no-no on that PSU. Better you upgrade your PSU before upgrading CPU.
