This is my first build and second try the first time I couldnt get any video signal or steady power and now Ive just purchased new parts and it turned on briefly now I get no video signal and my cpu fan does not spin. I am so sad and have no clue what to do I checked all the cables and everything is plugged in. My gpu fans spin. It was working for a bit at first and I got to bios but now it doesnt.
