I ordered my samsung laptop (NP350V5C-A04EE about 10 months ago, it has been working fine until yesterday, a message showed up in the action center and it told me " your disk has errors click to repair and restart" so i clicked it and the computer restarted. First it tells me diagnoszing your pc, then scanning and repairing drive :C, on 100% it restarts and everything starts all over again. I can't access the recovery menu, i can access the boot menu but it does not help me.I have tried to insert windows 7 installation dvd but nothing happened and it continued looping so i tried to change startup priorities on boot menu and there was only one boot option and it was windows boot manager (po hitachi hts54 something) No dvd or cd was shown. I have tried almoat everything and nothing works. I have to pay for that computer 3 more years. I don't want to lose my files, i have really important stuff on my hard drive for example my book I have written for 4 months for school project and it's the only copy!! Pease help!!

I replied to your other post regarding Repair loop, but from what you're saying here I'm afraid your HDD has failed. It may well be possible to retrieve your personal data, and Samsung should replace your drive. Hopefully you'll be able to insist on it's return so that you can check to see if your data is intact. If not, best buy a caddy to insert your drive into thus enabling you to read it via a USB port on another PC.
Example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLUE-2-5-SATA-TO-USB-HARD-DRIVE-LAPTOP-XBOX-EXTERNAL-CADDY-HDD-CASE-ENCLOSURE-/300857373141?pt=UK_Collectables_HardDriveEnclosures_RL&hash=item460c7f31d5
The caddy could then be used for backing up your data in future to avoid this ever happening again. Simply buy another 2.5" HDD and use it as an external backup.
Meanwhile it's a little strange that your Win 7 install disk failed to boot the machine, though I suspect it's a combination of UEFI, Windows 8 fast boot and a failed drive that's causing the problem. Once the drive is removed all should return to normal. If you want to try retrieving your data yourself we'll talk you through it...

From your Manual...
If you need to boot to DOS using a USB device, enter the
BIOS Setup, select the Advanced menu and set the Fast
BIOS Mode item to Disabled

Might help if you want to try a repair drive

Also you could use a USB flash to check out your HDD
