Your build seems fine, I am using using the same CPU cooler on my Intel Core i5 4570 and its silent although your CPU has a higher TDP(125W vs my 84W) so it could be a bit louder but I would not worry, its definitely going to be quieter than AMD's stock cooler and better performing
