Might a little but wouldn't count on it, since they are gearing up for DDR4 production, the DDR3 production will be lower and prob sort of maintain the prices on an even keel, once DDR4 starts to be more mainstream, DDR3 will prob go higher as less is made, same as did DDR and DDR2
