Just names for the top 5 mods will be great ,people are using like 40 mods, but I am not that kind of a gamer ,I just want 5 mods which will enhance my gameplay, graphics etc in skyrim.

P.S- I am so sorry i thought I was posting this in video games forum but i did it in Graphic and Displays

Solution
First off, i would recommend using Nexus Mod manager and getting your mods from the Nexus mod site (not the steam workshop, that barely has any good mods).

For graphics, Skyrim HD - 2k textures (assuming your computer can handle the mods of course)
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/607/?
- Start with this one, if you like modding skyrim and want it to look amazing, look into ENB textures/ graphical enhancements. These are more difficult to install but look awesome.

Magic, Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim, adds lots of new spells making playing a caster more fun

SKSE and SkyUI for better menu navigation (SKSE is needed for a lot of good mods)

That is all i could think of off the top of my head while at work, will update with more when i get home.

Or look at this list and pick for yourself

I used a similar list when modding my game.

Solution
I personally use only a handful of Nexus site mods. Basically ones to change your character's look, such as EBBC bodies and ApachiiSkyhair. I then have a mess load of Skyrim Workshop mods for new armor and weapons, including some interesting magic mods. The workshop is so easy to use, that it is fun to shop around through it, and I have found a number of Nexus mods through the workshop, as the authors often tell you what mods were used to get their character models to look like they do.

I try not to use too many game altering mods, and for magic, I try to avoid ones with overly powerful spells, or only use spells from mods that are balanced.

Didn't notice that they broke the mod into different packages. At the bottom there is the full mod download but it is a slightly older version, or you can download the 5 separate parts for the full textures (Dungeons, Landscapes, Misc, Towns, Riften)

If you are using the Nexus Mod Manager the downloads should be pretty easy to track.
