2nd monitor screen tearing.

ok so I have two 144hz monitors both on 120hz ( http://www.amazon.com/VG248QE-24-Inch-Screen-LED-lit-Monitor/dp/B00B2HH7G0 ) and the second one seems to screen tear when watching videos and such

i also have a good pc so idk whats going on

Just to be clear:
One is on Dual-Link DVI, and the other is using DisplayPort?

It's probably an issue with the drivers for your video card, so that's where I'd focus looking. I assume you have the latest drivers from AMD/NVidia's support site?

No I am using 2 dual link DVI cables and i already have the latest drivers.
