I feel like I have really tried everything with trying to fix this problem. Everytime I try to download something it goes through the download process, says the program is downloaded, but it will not work, and just prompts me to download it again. This happened when I tried to download a coupon printer and now the Silverlight player that you have to use for Netflix. Everything used to work fine before. I'm really not sure what happened I Have tried disabling the popups, managing add ons, disabling the firewall, I just tried reseting my internet browser. Thing semed to start messing up after I did a couple things to try and make my computer run faster. I watched a video on youtube which included doing a disk cleanup and a couple other things so doing one of those things may have messed it up.
