I just bought the Asus P9X79 and after switching it on it worked fine and did post, went into bios. So i decided to be adventurous and use the Optimal mode. Now it wont boot up and the DRAM led stays lit.
My build is as follows:
MB-AX79 Asus P9X79 LGA 2011 Motherboard
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A2133C11B Vengeance 8gb 2133
Intel Core i7 Extreme 3820 CPU
Geforce 540gt
I have tried to flash to a new BIOS version, nothing changed. However i dont know what my original BIOS version was.
Pressing the MEMOK button did nothing, it merely tried all the "failsafe" versions but didnt work.
Any help appreciated.
