Looking to upgrade my graphics card want to keep it around (or under) the $250 mark, but want the best for my dollar.

My current setup:
-Video Card: XFX HD-575X-ZNFC
-Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3
-Processor: AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz FD6100WMGUSBX
-RAM: G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) F3-1866C10D-16GAB
-Power Supply: Rosewill LIGHTNING-1000
-Monitor: ASUS VS278Q-P 27" 1ms

Thanks in advance.

Tom's Hardware picks the GTX 760

Here is the Performance Hierarchy Chart for reference:

I picked this one for the cooling and I like Gigabyte

GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD REV2.0 GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready WindForce 3X 450W Video Card

If you prefer Radeon, this is a good choice and a bit cheaper

XFX Double D FX-787A-CDFC Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5
