RAM going bad?

Solution
Am not sure what you mean by good RAM? If a stick is failing or throwing faults then it needs replacing. Run Memtest86 from boot (you need to burn to CD or bootable USB stick). Test each stick individual for errors (remove other sticks and test 1 at a time). This program will show if there are any faults with the stick(s). RAM can go bad for a number of reasons, power spikes, poor contacts ect. The thing with most components once it goes bad it usually dies fast (HDD can be the exception)
