Random .lnk files keep reappearing on my laptop

Could you be more specific, what exactly keeps reappearing ?
generic solution is to reboot into safe mode and delete the files as most of the programs would be disabled in safe mode, I'm guessing that some program that you've installed is populating it, check if you have installed any freeware.
