i5 3570k ice temps

Is my pc too cold?
Case:Cm strom trooper
MoBo:AsRocl z77 extreme 6
Cooler:Hyper 212 evo
CPu:i5 3570k @4.2 ghz but is non fixed so in idle is 1.6 ghz

Temps: idle
Core 0:Min 0ºC Max 26ºC
Core 1:Min 21ºC Max 41ºC
Core 2:Min 11ºC Max 32ºC
Core 3 Min 12ºC Max 34ºC

Tell me please

Too cold? no. Some people cool these with liquid helium.

You must have very cold ambient temp there? Or your temp sensor is faulty.

Your temp sensor is broken unless you are literally in a freezer.

my room should be at 5ºC and outside is about 8ºC does this temp afects the pc and can I change the not fixed hz of 1.5 at idle to 3.4 at idle??

You can't possibly pump voltage through something and expect it to be colder than ambient temperatures. Your temp sensor is absolutely broken.

Yes you can turn off turbo and set the multiplyer to 34 in the bios and it will run at 34 all the time.
