*sigh* I'm guessing you're new too PC gaming? I don't know what you expected out of a low end PC that only cost you £400? Obviously a lower end computer won't be able to run high quality AAA titles on the highest quality settings, if it could what would be the point of buying much more expensive components?
However, i would like to say that you still have a very capable computer and it's far from the "piece of junk" you have described it as. It may not be able to run games on the highest setting but have you considered turning the settings down to medium? I can assure you there is actually very little noticeable difference and you will still be able to vastly enjoy the games you will be playing.
To conclude, i hope this realization that a relatively cheap, budget PC cannot reach ultra settings on recent games haven't put you off gaming on your machine. I advise you try playing games with the settings turned down and see if you enjoy it then; if you don't and you're only in it for the sparkly graphics then maybe you don't actually enjoy the game itself? good luck anyway :3

It's hard to say if you have any other issues going on without an actual BENCHMARK. I assume you have the latest AMD drivers.

You can try Google to see what an HD7790 normally gets for BF3, then drop that a little bit (say 30%) for your CPU.

It's not a "bad" system, you're just trying to play games that really demand much better hardware.
