Well the more expensive one is clearly better. It has better response time, better luminosity, and higher contrast ratio and has the 3D feature. Since you don't need the latter you can find a monitor with the same specs but without the 3D (like the one in the link below)

To be honest the 10000000:1 monitor will still be great since it still has the necessary features for a gaming monitor. The only way you will ever be able to obtain the difference is if you have both screens running at the same time next to each other. In my opinion, get either of the two non-3D monitors with the one I linked being my most recommended.

Well a 144Hz refresh rate monitor will have more than double frames per second passing in front of you, when compared to a 60Hz monitor. This means that the image or frame "flow" will be much smoother. On the other hand, if you want to follow that path, you will have to spend a significant amount of difference due to that specific ability of the monitor. You can as well go for a 120Hz monitor which will still have an excellent refresh rate of the frames. Check the link below:

Thank you for all your help. Im really new to PC gaming so Im kind of oblivious to all of this. Just been doing alot of research. But how do I know how many frames I can get out of the monitors?

sorry my fault. A 60Hz monitor will be able to support up to 60fps.

Well at 60fps no you won't. But it is good to have a high refresh rate since there are applications that are less demanding, and in some cases you will run games with 60fps +. Furthermore, a high refresh rate is for sure more future proof as applicatiions become more and more demanding. At the end of the day it is really up to you and how satisfied you are with your gaming experience. For the time being, you can easily get along with a 60Hz monitor since 60fps is a very good rate, as an average.
