What is causing my computer to black out and reboot?

Due to the main PSU not having enough power to handle additional cards, I bought another psu to hook up externally.

Currently there are two R9 270x cards attached to the motherboard, and I have connected my 3rd R9 270x to the external psu. The external psu is connected to a dual psu adapter so that both psu's can be connected to the motherboard.

For some reason after the machine starts up.. and I try running cgminer, the computer will just black out and reboot. Any ideas what might be causing this? How can it be fixed?

Thanks!

Well...not really. This is a large collection of geeks.
But defining what exactly is wrong with your oddly configured system is a bit tough.

Be patient. Maybe someone will be along who has done something similar.

Well...seeing as you have a very non-standard customized setup, it's hard to suggest a 'fix'.

Under load, it apparently crashes. Power. Seeing as you have a weird power setup, fix that.
Sell the two current PSU's, and buy something that works.
