Hi, I have the NZXT kraken x60 water-cooling system and was planning on using it with the intel i7 4770k, but that cpu has a 1150 socket and the kraken is compatible with 1155. now i read an article that explained that they both are compatible but my friend who is assembling my pc for me told me that he can put it but he would have to force the backplate in which can be dangerous, or at least thats what he told me.
to cut the chase, I want to know if it would be ok to use these two units together.
