I currently have a AMD 8 core processor (FX 8350), it came with a standard heatsink. However at 40% cpu usage It is loud like crazy it vibrates on the floorboards even with a case that has Rubber soles on them, and I can even hear it from downstairs. I'm looking for Heatsink that will be incredibly quiet even at 40% usage. I would prefer Water cooling as it is also a gaming pc, but air will do as-well. Ideally I would like to go for 1 fan but I can fit double on the top or side panel. My price range is at £80-100. however I am willing to pay a bit more if someone strongly recommends and has evidence to show why its better.
