Mainboard VGA went kaput... cant use it and I have a temporary fix but wont display 3d imaging.. wanting to get a new one not too expensive but also not total crap.. any help?

If you're not looking to game or anything, and just need a GPU, something like this would be perfectly fine:

Honestly.. I just would like a replacement similar to the original... worked fine for me.. im not doing anything extensive.. just want my cpu to work correctly. $20-$50 range? I am doing this myself considering bestbuy wanted to charge me $300 to work on it...

How do I find out what my cpu is capable of handling... that was one of my issues in this situation. and thank you very much btw..!
