Windows did not detect any networking hardware

I bought a PC from someone today and it does not even see that it is connected to the internet. I read that I need to download some drivers and install then from a USB port but I have no idea where to start. Please help....
Here are my system specs. Thank you!


Power Supply - Antec NeoECO 620watt 80 plus gold certified
CPU - i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1 GHz (3.4 GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 Quad Core Processor
Motherboard - ASRock P67 PRO3
Graphics Card - EVGA Super Clocked GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256 bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x 16
CD Rom - LITE-ON DVD Burner
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 500GB drive
Ram - G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4 (8 GB) DDR3 1333 MHz

Are you using the onboard network card or an add on card?
