Which Motherboard is right for me and my build

Hey Guys! I was looking between 2 motherboards. I am on a $650 budget and decided to go with Micro ATX. Is there a difference between Micro ATX and ATX? A big/performance difference? Here is one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128564&clickid=wTlxUuxM8Q0HUzoVcqXPyUC3UkTUyo2J2Vgm2U0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
Here is the other:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157323

And here is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2S4cX
