I had an Earthwatts 380 with a 5770 on an i3-530 and it only drew about 210-220 watts from the wall while playing games. You'd likely be fine with something like a single PCI-E power 7850 or equivalent.

Yeah, my i3-530 with a 5770 was measured with a Watts Up Pro ES watt meter, I currently have a 6870 in there with a more powerful supply, but I could go test it with that if you really need it (The 6870 needs 2 PCI-E connectors, so I never ran that on the 380w). Though if you take a look at http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1076?vs=1078 and notice that in the power consumption of the 7850 doesn't actually use a huge amount more power than the 5770 does.

Your i3-2120 probably uses slightly less power than the i3-530 I'm using too, so it's probably a wash. Also you have to keep in mind even if your machine uses 260 watts from the wall (about 40 more than mine) the power supply is 80% efficient or so, which means its' actually only supplying 205-210 watts or so to the machine with the rest being expended as heat.

I also have 2 1TB spinning disks and a rather large CPU fan and extra case fan in there... so that probably eats up a smidgen more power than your machine will run as well...

You should be fine with pretty much any single PCI-E 6Pin card you can find.

You should check out the new AMD R7 265. About 10 watts more than the 7850, but still a single PCI-E connection and beats the 7850 pretty much across the board. In Anand's test machine it pulled about 235 watts from the wall but I'm pretty sure they use an 80Plus gold power supply. So depending on the price in comparison to a 7850 it might make a better choice.
