What GPU can i fit into this PC?

I have a HP p6203w, and i was wondering if i could fit a standalone GPU into it. (i was thinking of a HD7750).

Motherboard: M2N68-LA
Processor: AMD anthlon II X2 215
RAM: 4GB
Video: INtegrated Graphics
Sound: Realtek ALC888S
Networking: LAN: 10-base-T/Modem: 56KwinModem
HDD: 500GB
CD/DVD drive: Supermulti DVD burner
PSU: 250W

Im not sure of your slim budget but you can head over to pcpartpicker.com so that you can customize as you please with names of stores and the prices that they offer it at.

Will fit but i dont think that you will not be getting the most out of that card and will definitely have to change your PSU to a minimum of atleast 450w. Think you should consider upgrading your MOBO.
