How accurate are those wattage calculators?

The ASUS one calculates high. I used the PC Part Picker and eXtreme Power Supply Calculator when debating if I could SLI/OC GTX 760's on a 650w. They both said I'd be good (coming in at around 550W), whereas ones like the ASUS one said I was out of luck with my 650w.

Guess what. System is running great with SLI'd 760's, with both GPU's and CPU OC'd.

Use them as reference, but not the end all number. There's always a fudge factor.
