You;ve done a pretty good job with the build, but remember you will need a copy of windows (another $100) and a way to install it, (you can buy the disc, but would also need a disc drive on your computer, or you can load the disc onto another computer to put it onto a usb drive in order to actually install it on the new pc without a disc drive

Here's a build for around 800$

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2SfIX

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($196.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock H87M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($88.97 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($309.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $830.90

You can make it a 700$ build (maybe if you need 100$ for win8) by simply using the XFX 7870 gpu from your parts list.

This build have: better CPU, better motherboard, better power supply, better graphics card. :)

Hell yeah, you could run Ultra settings with no problems with the GeForce 770.
I have a similar in speed gpu running Ultra, no problem.
