Hi guys!

im getting a hyper 212 evo, and 2 fans for it. i wanna get a fan splitter so i can plug both fans into the one cpu fan port on the mother board. is this ok? can this somehow damage the mobo having 2 fans powered by one circuit? i was thinking about getting this splitter:

Is it gonna work fine?

also i am gonna get two Corsair SP120 high performance edition. Are these quality fans? do they work?

It should work fine.

The sp120s are good fans but a little expensive. I would just get another matching coolermaster fan. ( if you can find one) newegg has a fan for the regular 212 but I cant find one with specs that match the evo fan. Maybe SP120's is the way to go here...

I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to be 100% sure, just find the max current rating for the motherboard fan header and the max current draw for the sp120's.

Even the $40 mb I used for a cheap build had a lot of headroom on the fan headers.
