Hi I want to know if it's essential for me to get a new PSU.

My setup:
Corsair VS450 psu
AMD fx8350 CPU
8GB DDR3 ram
Asus radeon hd 7850 GPU
1 TB HD
GA 78 LMT USB3 motherboard
cooler master elite 430 case

Apart from the 2 fans on the GPU and the CPU fan, I have 2 case fans, 1 front and 1 back. They are coolermaster 12v 120mm fans. My CPU has a good amount of thermal paste.

I have very slightly tweaked the GPU using Asus GPU tweak software. GPU clock from 860 mhz to 980 mhz, and gpu voltage increased from 1075 mv to 1150 mv (it did this automatically with the sync feature), and memory clock up 200 mhz from 4800 to 5000. I kept power target at 100%. That's as far as any tweaking/overclocking I intend to do. Can I go further or is it too much? Keep in mind I'm a newbie.

So, is it essential for me to get a new PSU or is the setup fine?

Any replies will be appreciated, thanks.

Solution
A Radeon HD 7850 NEEDS at least 21 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply.

Your power supply has 2-12 volt rails of 21 and 18 amps and is sufficient to run your specs.

The wattage is not the key the amps on the 12v rail is.
